Key information
5 lunchtimes per week 11.15am – 2.00pm
13.75 hours per week + some additional hours where needed
6.25 hours per week paid by Ashcott School (Somerset County Council) at Salary Grade 14 – Point 4
7.5 hours per week paid by Beech Catering at £12.71 per hour (term time only + 28 days paid holiday)
What will I be doing?
Ashcott School and Beech Catering are seeking to appoint a school meals server to work for 5 lunchtimes per week in the school kitchen, from October 2026.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will be required to assist the children by serving their hot lunches and keeping the kitchen in good order. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
