- Term time plus 2 days (38.4 working weeks)
- Actual salary range based on 37hrs per week from £20,576 – £21,233 (salary will be pro-rated to agreed hours)
- (based on Grade 14 full-time equivalent salary range of £24,404-£25,183 per annum)

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dedicated team to support the Science provision to deliver exceptional lessons.
What will I be doing?
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical and administrative support for the teaching of science and duties will include assisting with the preparation of materials and equipment for use in Science lessons and the routine maintenance of resources and equipment.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
This is a busy role and will require the postholder to have strong practical skills, be conscious of health and safety and the ability to work flexibly with a positive “can-do” attitude and cope with competing demands. You should also have a commitment and interest in the wellbeing, support and achievement of students with the ability to establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A technician/laboratory background or experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
This post may be ideal for gap year students who possess/are working towards a science qualification or who have a general interest in Science.
