Our team is expanding and we are looking to fill two new SEN positions.
SEN Learning Support Assistant to assist a child with Autism – Fixed Term
27.5 hours per week starting as soon as possible
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am and 3.15pm
Grade 14 Point 4 £12.65 an hour
We are seeking an organised LSA to support a playful and kind child with social communication needs in year one.

SEN Learning Support Assistant to assist with SEMH needs – Fixed Term
15 hours per week starting as soon as possible
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am and 3.15pm
Grade 14 Point 4 £12.65 an hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic LSA to support a child with social and emotional needs in our Reception class.
If you believe in creating opportunities for all children and would like to work alongside an experienced team of staff to foster a positive ethos and passion for learning then we would love to hear from you.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
For both positions experience of working with children is essential.
The ideal candidates will:
- Be patient with children and have the ability to co-regulate.
- Have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to rise to challenges and work in a variety of teams as required.
- Establish close working relationships with staff, parents and children.
- Be discreet, respects confidentiality and offer our children unconditional positive regard.
