Salary range: Teachers MPS/UPS with SEN allowance

To work 3/4/5 days per week

This is a permanent post to work across a group of trust schools (subject to the completion of a satisfactory probation period)

What will I be doing?

PPAT Education is seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified SENCo to work across a group of trust schools and with our existing highly skilled staff team.

• Excellent knowledge of Statutory processes
• Experience with SEND provision and inclusion strategies.
• Knowledge of mediation and tribunal processes.
• The ability to train and support our current staff.
• Effective communication with parents and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Patience, empathy, and creativity in addressing the diverse needs of our pupils and advise on making provision even better.
