Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service are looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to enhance our team based at our Service Headquarters in Exeter. You’ll join us on a full time (37 hours per week) Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £46731.00 – £49764.00 per annum (subject to Job Evaluation).

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is the largest non-metropolitan Fire and Rescue Service in England. We provide prevention, protection and response services across the counties of Devon and Somerset.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior Business Change Manager you will develop, lead and manage the change management process itself, which can be a complex and challenging task. You will work with all levels of management and staff to ensure that changes are smoothly and effectively implemented. You will lead change management activities in the right direction and work to ensure that changes meet the organisations goals, working closely with both the project managers and business area leads where the change will impact to ensure staff feel engaged and supported through organisational change.
