We are looking for a Senior Youth Worker to join our dedicated team and lead inspiring, engaging youth programmes across Bath and North East Somerset.
This is your chance to take the lead in delivering fun, purposeful sessions that uplift and empower young people and help shape futures full of promise.
Key Responsibilities
Leading youth sessions in e
- Designing engaging programmes tailored to young people’s needs
- Managing, supporting, and mentoring a small team of staff and volunteers
- Ensuring smooth session delivery with a clear plan and positive energy
- Working a pattern that predominantly covers early to late evenings, with some daytime hours. The three sessions currently run on Tuesdays 3pm-5pm as detached work (subject to change), 6pm-8pm building based, and Fridays 5pm-7pm building based. You will need to work 30 minutes before and after each session to allow for preparation time and debriefing.
- Working from our office base one day a week
- Travelling independently to multiple locations to deliver high-quality youth work where it’s needed most
