What will I be doing?
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering SEND Provision – Ensure high-quality SEND support and provision for all students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Driving Effective Teaching & Interventions – Use your expertise to implement quality-first teaching and plan, evaluate, and improve intervention strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyse and use student data to inform provision planning and monitor progress.
- Building Strong Relationships – Work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
- Embedding the School Ethos – Play an active role in shaping and promoting Dovecote’s inclusive and aspirational learning culture.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
Experience working with Secondary aged children and their families is essential.
We are seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking, and compassionate SENCo to ensure the highest quality SEND provision across our school. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference.
