Manor Court Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified SENCo and DSL to work with the existing highly skilled staff team.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent knowledge of Statutory processes
- Experience with SEND provision and inclusion strategies.
- Knowledge of mediation and tribunal processes.
- The ability to train and support our current staff.
- Effective communication with parents and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Patience, empathy, and creativity in addressing the diverse needs of our pupils and advise on making provision even better.
- To be a qualified and experienced SENCo and DSL.
