About the job

Key information

Location: Holcombe Rogus and Burlescombe

What will I be doing?

Webbers and Burlescombe COE Primary Schools are welcoming and supportive small schools in the rural villages of Holcombe Rogus and Burlescombe.  We seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and inspiring Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit school community where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

We are proud to work closely with the ACE Trust, a strong and supportive Multi Academy Trust, which provides guidance, professional development, and collaborative opportunities for staff while allowing the school to retain its unique identity and community focus.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, able to engage and motivate pupils, and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners, helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

We welcome applications from teachers who are committed to professional growth and who thrive in a supportive environment. Experience of teaching Key Stage 2 is desirable, but enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive approach to learning are equally valued.

What is in it for me?

Webbers and Burlescombe Primary Schools offers a vibrant and inclusive school community, excellent support for professional development, and the opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives.
