What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The Directors of Blackdown Education Partnership are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science to join our Outstanding school from September 2024. This vacancy would be particularly suitable for an ECT, but RQTs and more experienced teachers are also welcome to apply.
Uffculme is a flourishing, popular, high performing School located on the beautiful Devon/Somerset border with easy motorway access to the regional centres of Taunton and Exeter. We are fully comprehensive and committed to inclusion.
Within this context, the Science Department is one of the flagship departments of the school with typically over 70% of students opting to study separate sciences and 80% of students achieving Grades 9-4.
