• Grade 15 point 4 (£13.05 per hr-pay award pending)
• Hours: 0830/0845-1515/1530 (depending on site)
• Hours of work: 30-32.5 hours per week (8.15/30-3.15/30 daily with half an hour paid duty and half an hour unpaid lunch break)
• Mon-Fri term time, 30-32.5 Hours
• Contract Type: Permanent Full time
• Start Date: September 2026

Rode and Norton St. Philip First School Federation is a popular and welcoming community based across two village first schools 20 minutes south of Bath. What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We have big dreams for our staff as well as our children. We are looking for a special person who shares our vision and values. This post could suit someone experienced in working in schools or someone new to working in education but keen to learn.
