Thank you for your interest in working at Norton Sub Hamdon Church School. We are looking for a highly organised and well-motivated Teaching Assistant to join our School Team.
Norton Sub Hamdon Church School is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who:
- Is compassionate to the needs of children;
- Is able to work with individuals and small groups of children;
- Is caring, patient and self-motivated;
- Has high expectations and works to ensure that all children can succeed in their learning;
- Has a passion for education and meeting the needs of all children;
- Has a good understanding of effective SEND practices and is prepared to reflect and develop;
- Will help pupils to access learning activities through specialist support and determine the need for, prepare and maintain general and specialist equipment and resources;
- Enjoys being a team player;
- It is desirable that candidates have knowledge and experience of working in the EYFS and phonics;
- Has a great sense of humour!
