What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The successful applicant will:

  •  be positive, adaptable and flexible.
  • be patient and caring, whilst setting clear boundaries.
  • have English and Maths to GCSE level or NVQ equivalent.
  • have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • understand the importance of child protection and safeguarding.
  • work effectively across the primary phase.

We are looking to appoint a great teaching assistant, ideally someone who has real experience of working in an effective classroom environment and is fully committed to helping children to achieve their very best.
