33.25 hours per week -Monday to Friday-4 days-8.30am-3.30pm- 1 day 8.30am-4.15pm

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching, learning and personal development with pupils requiring additional needs. The post is linked to EHCP funding.

What will I be doing?

We require a Teaching Assistant to support SEN pupils at Holway Park Primary School. This role may include working with children 1:1 or in small groups, which is dependent on the experience and the skills of the successful applicant.

This role is ideal for those who genuinely have a passion for helping children, particularly with learning difficulties, and also a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching to gain valuable first-hand experience. What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

An understanding of trauma informed and relational practices would be an advantage.

An education standard equating to GCSE Grade C in English and Mathematics, a minimum A-C/Point 4 or equivalent is essential.
