What will I be doing?
We are seeking to appoint an experienced classroom assistant (NVQ Level 2 or above) to support a number of children with complex needs throughout the school. We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic person to work across the primary age range, providing in-class support and implementing specific intervention programmes to small groups and individuals.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
As the successful candidate you will need to:
- be able to work as part of a team, or on your own initiative, to provide support for pupils.
- be committed to helping all children to achieve their very best
- have English and Maths to GCSE level or equivalent
- have a good sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team
- Have consistently high expectations of learning and behaviour.
