“Becoming a Team Leader has been both rewarding and an incredible learning experience. Balancing managing and clinical work has challenged me to grow in all the right ways and developed my knowledge of the wider service provisions. I have been supported and given opportunities to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in the role and feel I have a real impact. It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting a team, supporting children and young people and wanting to develop broader understanding of service delivery.” Sophie, Team Leader
