We’re looking for creative, compassionate, and enthusiastic individuals to join our close-knit team as Therapeutic Learning Support Assistants. What will I be doing?

What You’ll Do

  • Support students 1:1 and in groups, providing tailored learning and therapeutic strategies.
  • Use creativity and compassion to help students overcome barriers and build resilience.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.
  • Celebrate every success and milestone, big or small!

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour (because we believe joy is part of the journey!).
  • Some experience or training in SEN, SEMH, or therapeutic approaches is great – but what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.
