What will I be doing?

Bridgwater & Taunton College have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills to join our passionate and dynamic award-winning team and become our next Training Delivery Co-Ordinator,

This particular role is to work within our Apprenticeship & Workforce Skills training delivery team including; Construction Skills Innovation Centre (CSIC), National College for Nuclear (NCfN) and the Welding Centre of Excellence, as we support our employers to build the workforce of the future.

Predominantly this is focused around a busy calendar of short courses which may be open to public bookings or offered in response to a particular employer need and the Co-ordinator bring together all the resources and logistics required to deliver the training courses. These resources include; customer interface, candidate bookings, invoicing, trainer/assessor schedules, and equipment to ensure the we deliver highest quality training and outcomes for the department and our customers. This role also contributes to the department’s successful delivery of the departments full cost training income target.

This role requires someone who is a strong team player dedicated to student success, who has a strong focus on quality systems, is flexible, innovative and demonstrates a caring and professional approach.
