Teaching assistant: £12.45 per hour. Lunch supervisor £12.26 per hour
30hrs (5hrs TA, 5hrs MDSA)

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We are looking for candidates who are or have:
- Holds at least a Level 2 teaching assistant qualification
- Experience working with and supporting children with SEND
- A positive role model and team player
- An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, with high expectations for themselves and others
- Someone who is resilient and looks for positive solutions
- Passionate about improving the life chances of every child regardless of need.
- High expectations of children and staff with a commitment to raising standards.
- Is a reflective practitioner.
- Serving school meals to pupils
- Supervision both inside the school and outside on the playground
- To clear away the hall after meals including, but not limited to, washing crockery, washing tables and sweeping floors after the meal has been served
- To maintain a calm atmosphere and encourage positive behaviour.
- To promote positive play amongst the children
- To maintain accurate First Aid and accident records
- Some manual handling is required
- Is able to build strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
- Supports our school vision
- Is fully supportive of the Christian ethos of our Church school.
