What will I be doing?
We require an experienced member of staff with a Level 3 qualification in Teaching & Learning to join our hard working team. You will work under the guidance of the teaching/senior staff to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups and supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
The successful candidate will have good behaviour management skills, be flexible and enthusiastic. You will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent and experience of working as a Teaching Assistant across the Key Stages of a primary school. This post does not require qualified teacher status although applicants with this status are welcome to apply.
