What will I be doing?

The Balsam Centre is looking for two compassionate and motivated Financial Resilience Support Workers to join our team, supporting individuals and families across South East Somerset who are facing financial hardship.
In this rewarding role, you’ll help people access practical support, strengthen their financial resilience, and connect with services that can make a real difference to their lives. You’ll be part of a wider partnership working to reduce financial stress, improve wellbeing, and support stronger communities.
