What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to join our team, and you will automatically be part of the Trust’s Talent Management programme where you will have opportunities to grow and develop further.

• Can inspire and motivate both colleagues and children to enable them to be the best that they can be.
• Have an understanding of highly effective pedagogy, based on evidence, and will have the ability to model this for others and support others to improve.

• Will be committed to ensuring that all children achieve the highest possible outcomes.
• Will work in partnership with colleagues across the Trust and in the school, the local committee and the wider community to ensure that our mission is translated into action.
