Midday Supervisor
- Hours: 2.92 hours per week Monday – Fridays (35 minutes per day lunchtime)
- Salary: Grade 16 £23,656 pa pro rata

What will I be doing?

The governors of St George’s Catholic School are seeking to appoint a learning support assistant to join our team supporting pupils. There will be a level of 1:1 support and lunchtime supervision within this role.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The successful candidate will:

Have experience in working with primary aged children;
Be hardworking, flexible and highly organised;
Be able to work independently and as an integral part of the existing team;
Be a consummate professional, with excellent basic skills in literacy, numeracy and spoken English;
Have a clear understanding of the safeguarding frameworks and the requirements of the Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working Together to Safeguard Children;
Be willing to undertake any training associated with the role;
Be resilient with a good sense of humour and the passion to make a difference, and place the children at the heart of all they do.
Have the ability to use initiative in responding to the needs of children;
