• Salary: Grade 14 point 4 – 6 (£12.65 – £13.05 an hour)

We are looking to recruit a part-time, reliable and flexible School Minibus Driver. The role involves transporting pupils, in one of our 17-seater minibuses, between Priddy School and St Lawrence’s School at the beginning and end of the school day, as well as to the occasional educational visit or sporting fixture during the school day.

For insurance purposes applicants need to be over 21 years of age and have held their full driving licence for over 2 years.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking for someone who:

•  Has a full, clean driving licence (You do not need D1 on your licence as our vehicles are ‘Minibus Lite’)
•  Is willing to undertake Minibus Driver assessment training
•  Has experience of driving minibuses or equivalent sized vehicles
•  Will work effectively as part of a close team of staff and in partnership with parents and the community
•  Is energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, resilient and caring
•  Will be happy to support the Christian ethos through our school values
