Part time, 3 hours every other week

Grade 12, point 12 currently £14.36/hour

Fixed-term contract until March 2026 (may continue if funding allows)

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and experienced PFSA to join our successful team. You must be able to build positive relationships, show care and understanding, an understanding of Safeguarding in schools and have experience of supporting parents/carers in the same or similar role.

We are seeking someone who:

• has experience of working within the same or similar role
•  has proven skills in communicating and developing positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• is able to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative
• has the ability to promote educational opportunities for pupils, overcoming barriers to learning and participation.

This appointment is subject to satisfactory DBS check, medical clearance and safe working practices.
