Position 1: 3 ½ days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday all day and Thursday morning)
Position 2: 2 days (Thursday and Friday all day)

Position 1 = 23.25 hours per week
Position 2 = 13 hours per week

What will I be doing?
Are you passionate about early childhood development? Do you love helping young children learn, grow, and explore the world around them? We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and reliable Pre-School Assistant to join our nurturing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join our growing pre-school. You will be supported by our fantastic team in our new setting to inspire, nurture and engage our youngest children.
Responsibilities:
- Support in planning and implementing educational activities
- Support children in their daily routines and learning experiences
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Communicate effectively with children, parents and staff
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (such as level 3, or equivalent, in childhood studies)
- A genuine interest in working with young children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Recent experience of working in an Early Years setting
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Patience, creativity and a sense of humour
