We wish to appoint 2 Teaching Assistants to join our friendly team at Hamp Nursery and Infant School, to start in September 2025.
Hours of work are 32.08 hours per week – term time only plus INSET training hours
Grade 15 (Point 3 – 4: £24,027 – £24,404) actual pro-rata salary £17,833 – £18,132 pa (pay award pending).
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
Hamp Nursery and Infant School is rated good by Ofsted and is a warm and friendly, well resourced setting where our pupils are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and well-presented Teaching Assistants with a commitment to improving outcomes for our pupils to join our team. Ideally, candidates should have a sound understanding of the EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum, holding an appropriate level 3 qualification as well as GCSE Maths and English – Grade A – C (or the equivalent). However, a willingness to learn, motivation and flexibility with high expectations of yourself and the pupils are also important. Knowledge of supporting social and emotional needs would be an advantage.
