Delivering inclusive, engaging teaching that inspires and motivates learners.
Contributing to a creative, exciting and relevant curriculum.
Demonstrating a commitment to working in partnership with parents and the wider community.
Working collaboratively as part of a positive and supportive team.
Experience of teaching in KS1 and teaching phonics is essential.
Knowledge of the Little Wandle phonics scheme is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience of subject leadership is desirable.
