  • Delivering inclusive, engaging teaching that inspires and motivates learners.
  • Contributing to a creative, exciting and relevant curriculum.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to working in partnership with parents and the wider community.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a positive and supportive team.
  • Experience of teaching in KS1 and teaching phonics is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Little Wandle phonics scheme is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of subject leadership is desirable.
