Catcott Primary School is a small, vibrant rural school with a dedicated and friendly team of experienced staff. We are currently seeking an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with an EHCP.

• Full time (term time only)
• Working Pattern: 8.45am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday
• Fixed Term Contract – Funding linked to child
• Grade 15 (3 – 4)
• Annual Salary: £24 027 – £24 404 (pro rata)
• Hourly Salary: £12.45 – £12.64

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We would like to hear from you if you are:

• Are an exceptional practitioner
• Have experience working with children with complex needs
• Understand how to support both the emotional and academic development of pupils
• Can demonstrate strong initiative and responsibility in supporting pupils’ learning
• Are open to and receptive of others’ ideas
