We are seeking to appoint an innovative Deputy Headteacher to join our team.
What will I be doing?
We are seeking to appoint a highly effective school leader and colleague who wishes to make a difference to the lives and opportunities of young people.
The role represents an extremely exciting opportunity for a creative and committed individual to develop their career by taking on key senior leadership responsibility. The successful applicant will make a significant contribution to the further development of Tor School and will play a major part in helping us support the schools and students we work with.
The Deputy Headteacher will work across multiple sites with a focus to drive the vision of the school for learners through the curriculum with an emphasis on tracking for progress, planning for strong personal outcomes and ensuring a proactive approach to personalisation to ensure success.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
