What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

• Ability to be an outstanding teacher.
• Able to consistently teach inspirational lessons and have good subject knowledge.
• Organised and have excellent communication skills.
• Innovative, creative and enthusiastic – able to deliver results.
• Able to consistently deliver high quality teaching and learning
• Ability to manage student behaviour effectively
• Ability to secure positive pupil outcomes
