Job overview:
Glastonbury based, to support the families of:
- St John’s C of E VC Infant School and Jumping Johns Nursery (1 day a week)
- St Benedict’s C of E VA Junior School (1 day a week)
The post, initially, is fixed term until the end of March 2026. The post is part time and term time only (subject to funding).
What will I be doing?
The Headteachers and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic PFSA to help support the families of the Glastonbury area.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
If you have knowledge and experience of:
- working with families and children
- accessing services for families and children
- supporting parents with parenting classes
- Early Help Agenda
- Team Around the School / Family
If you have the ability to:
- Relate to a wide audience of people
- Able to support yet challenge
- Contribute to professional meetings
- Demonstrate excellent safeguarding practises
- Organise your own time and work remotely effectively
