We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Office Professional looking to gain experience working in a school environment. This post is initially temporary until 1/12/25, due to the long-term absence of the post-holder. This post could be extended to support the return to work of the post holder in December.
What will I be doing?
Our office staff are our face to the outside world. We are working hard to meet the needs of our community and our friendly and approachable office team are crucial for us to ensure we meet the needs of our families.
In addition to our customer service functions, including answering telephone enquiries, this post’s core duties include:
- Inputting finance invoices/purchasing
- Updating our pupil database
- Processing school correspondence
- Organising parent pay for trips and school meals
- Organising clubs/trips
- Updating the school website and assisting with fortnightly newsletters
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We are seeking a well organised administrator who can prioritise and organise their own workload. You will be friendly, approachable and committed to providing the best for our families. You will be seeking to secure a role where every day you will see the positive impacts of your work across your range of duties.
No two days in school are the same. You will need a good sense of humour and be flexible!
