We’re looking for compassionate, creative, and adaptable individuals who are:
- Kind, patient, and supportive in their approach
- Motivated to help every child thrive, regardless of need

- Energetic and confident working both indoors and outdoors
- Able to work flexibly and respond dynamically to pupil needs
- Open to supporting a range of SEND, including personal care

- Experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND/SEMH
- A calm, nurturing presence and a playful spirit
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to reflect on and develop your practice
- An understanding of therapeutic or Forest School approaches (advantageous)
